Scope of this notice
This privacy notice applies to the static informational pages at zenroam.autos. ZenRoam is an independent educational website about eSIM technology and travel connectivity. It does not provide a customer account area, mobile service, activation process, purchase flow or device-management feature. This notice describes the site as it is published, not hypothetical services that are not present.
When you follow a link away from this site, the other destination’s privacy information applies. ZenRoam cannot control the practices of an external website, including a photo source, manufacturer, carrier, provider, browser vendor or email service.
What the static site collects
The pages do not include an account registration feature, a sign-in, a transaction step, an analytics tag, an advertising pixel or a newsletter sign-up database. ZenRoam does not ask visitors to provide a name, phone number, profile information, payment information or location in order to read the articles. There is no user control panel and no site-side profile store.
Like most websites, the technical infrastructure that delivers a page may process routine connection information in server or network logs, such as an IP address, browser request and time of request. ZenRoam does not add an on-page tracking system to use those requests for behavioural advertising or cross-site profiling. Hosting and network operators may have their own operational records and policies; readers should consult them where relevant.
The visible contact form does not transmit
The Contact page includes a clearly labelled, non-submitting form so a visitor can see the intended categories of editorial correspondence. The form is a local drafting aid. Submitting it displays a message in the browser and does not send the fields to ZenRoam, store them on this site or create an inquiry record. Do not place sensitive material in the form.
If this functionality changes in a future published version, this notice will be updated before or at the time the changed handling becomes active. Until then, the visible form is not a collection mechanism.
Email correspondence
A visitor may choose to email [email protected] about a correction, editorial feedback, content question or general inquiry. If you send an email, the contents and ordinary email metadata are processed by the email systems used to send and receive it. Send only what is needed for the editorial point. Do not send passwords, profile installation material, QR information, financial details, identity documents or account credentials.
We use editorial correspondence to understand, respond to or assess the message. We do not use it to create a telecom-service relationship, to access a device or to make marketing claims. Retention can be necessary for an ongoing correction or a legitimate correspondence record; messages are not a substitute for official manufacturer, carrier or provider channels.
Third-party resources
The site uses externally hosted fonts and direct HTTPS photographs from stock-photo services. When your browser requests those resources, the relevant third-party host may receive ordinary request information such as IP address and browser details under its own privacy policy. Images are used for editorial context. The site also links to external resources when readers need current official information; following a link is a choice made in your browser.
ZenRoam does not control the availability, content, cookies or privacy practices of those external services. Consider using the privacy controls supplied by your browser and reviewing the third party’s own notices where a resource matters to you.
Your choices
You can read the static articles without sending email. You can choose not to load external resources by using browser-level settings or content controls, although that may change how fonts or photographs appear. You can avoid sending sensitive information by keeping correspondence limited to editorial issues. If you have sent a correction or inquiry and need to discuss it, use the same email address with enough context to identify the message.
Changes and contact
We may revise this notice if the site’s actual data handling changes or if clarification is needed. The current version is published on this page. Questions about this notice can be sent to [email protected]. For device, line or mobile-service issues, contact the relevant official manufacturer, carrier or provider instead.
